1. All fights are 5 rounds
2. Absolutely no striking allowed
3. All takedowns, trips and throws are allowed
4. Fighters are not allowed to force a referee stand-up from the up-down position
5. The fight may only be won via submission
6. If no submission is completed within the time limit, the match is a draw
7. Fighters may lose via disqualification due to strikes or referee stand-ups if the complaining party provides video of the fight and it is deemed excessive or blatant by the administration
***In the event of the ultra rare holy grail finish by body tko via slam, the victor is awarded the same 3 points as a submission finish***
***FOULS: any strike or backing so far away from a downed opponent that the referee forces a stand-up are fouls. If a foul occurs and directly contributes to a victory the victor is disqualified. If a player commits 5 fouls and video is provided the accused is disqualified. Unless you are POSITIVE the fight will be ruled a disqualification DO NOT EXIT THE FIGHT. If upon review i find no grounds for disqualification the player who QUIT will b disqualified.***
***COMMUNICATION: if a player states their desire to compete at an event and fails to maintain a reasonable degree of communication with the Matchmaker, the player is in jeopardy of losing via disqualification. If neither player maintains communication, the match is void. If one player maintains communication and the other does not, the active player wins by disqualification. Some instances of fighter replacement may occur at the Matchmaker's discretion.***
